Kupovat ale standardn\u00ed byt, \u010di dokonce onu vysn\u011bnou vilku nen\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1pad na planet\u011b. A to ze dvou d\u016fvod\u016f. Ten prvn\u00ed byl nazna\u010den ji\u017e na p\u0159edchoz\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch. Druh\u00fdm d\u016fvodem je, \u017ee existuje plnohodnotn\u00e1 alternativa, ov\u0161em za daleko zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pen\u00edze.Tou konkurenc\u00ed nen\u00ed my\u0161leno nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e modern\u00ed d\u0159evostavby na kl\u00ed\u010d vyso\u010dina. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee ani tyto domky nejsou tak levn\u00e9, jak se n\u011bkdy propaguje. A \u010dasto nab\u00edzej\u00ed i v\u00edce m\u00edsta pro bydlen\u00ed, co\u017e je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 plus. Hodn\u011b v\u0161ak z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na v\u00fdb\u011bru toho spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho domu.Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v\u0161echny d\u0159evostavby jsou na kl\u00ed\u010d, je pot\u0159eba se sm\u00ed\u0159it s t\u00edm, \u017ee jde o prefabrik\u00e1ty. To nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m z hlediska kvality, sp\u00ed\u0161e to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt probl\u00e9m z hlediska vizu\u00e1ln\u00edho. Nejde toti\u017e zabr\u00e1nit tomu, aby dva sousedi m\u011bli stejn\u00e9 domy, kdy\u017e se oba rozhodnou pro stejn\u00fd model. Zn\u00ed to sice trochu \u0161\u00edlen\u011b, ale pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee by takov\u00e1to situace nastala, je velice n\u00edzk\u00e1, tak\u0159ka nulov\u00e1. Jeliko\u017e jde o stavebnicov\u00e9 domky, nestav\u00ed se v tom prav\u00e9m slova smyslu, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e se buduj\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd sklep ani z\u00e1klady, pouze z\u00e1kladn\u00ed podkladovou desku. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee u n\u00e1s je p\u0159\u00edroda klidn\u00e1 a m\u00edrumilovn\u00e1, je to docela jedno, proto\u017ee takov\u00fd domek nem\u00e1 co un\u00e9st. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch st\u00e1tech, kde b\u011b\u017en\u011b \u0159\u00e1d\u00ed urag\u00e1ny nebo torn\u00e1da ale tato mo\u017enost je a je pot\u0159eba domky pat\u0159i\u010dn\u011b ukotvit, jinak se neudr\u017e\u00ed na jednom m\u00edst\u011b.
