Vypracoval jsem se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v silov\u00fdch sportech a z\u00e1rove\u0148 mohu d\u00e1vat lekce budov\u00e1n\u00ed svalov\u00e9 hmoty a formov\u00e1n\u00ed postavy lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed v tomto sm\u011bru t\u00e1pou.Udr\u017euji si st\u00e1le pom\u011brn\u011b atraktivn\u00ed svalnatou postavu d\u00edky sv\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu k pohybu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i d\u00edky docela oby\u010dejn\u00e9mu schodi\u0161ti. Schodi\u0161t\u011b toti\u017e pova\u017euji za velmi efektivn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj pro lep\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. M\u016f\u017ee to zn\u00edt pon\u011bkud p\u0159ehnan\u011b, ale ch\u016fze a cvi\u010den\u00ed na schodech skute\u010dn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed k nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pohybov\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m, se kter\u00fdmi lze doc\u00edlit i \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f v kulturistice.Chozen\u00ed po schodech nahoru a dol\u016f se z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed a prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch cvik\u016f m\u016f\u017ee dostate\u010dn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem procvi\u010dovat a posilovat svalstvo h\u00fd\u017ed\u00ed, stehen, l\u00fdtek i chodidel a nen\u00ed pak zapot\u0159eb\u00ed nakupovat drah\u00e9 posilovac\u00ed stroje a utr\u00e1cet pen\u00edze za pobyt v posilovn\u00e1ch. Ka\u017ed\u00e9mu z\u00e1jemci mohu doporu\u010dit, aby si nechal vybudovat ve sv\u00e9m dom\u011b pevn\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 schodi\u0161t\u011b s op\u011brn\u00fdm z\u00e1bradl\u00edm a nenech\u00e1val jej le\u017eet ladem. S ch\u016fz\u00ed po schodech m\u016f\u017eete jen z\u00edskat a nem\u016f\u017eete nic ztratit. Tedy vlastn\u011b ztratit tu m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00fd t\u011blesn\u00fd tuk a mizernou n\u00e1ladu \u2013 tyhle dv\u011b \u201ev\u011bci\u201c k \u017eivotu ale opravdu nepot\u0159ebujete.
